Child Advocacy

Advocating for children to be able to express choice and individuality

Our MISSION

Educating the public on the importance of being responsive to children's individual needs for autonomy and respecting their right to privacy.

Our vision

As a group, we want children to feel heard, be respected by adults and valued as individuals specifically in regards to their rights and beliefs. For society as a whole, we want respect for children's privacy and individual rights. Children should be able to express choice and individuality in their day to day lives

Status of this Issue

Childhood Advocacy, or lack thereof, is an ongoing issue. While Western society (Canada) is more progressive than others, it is still overall a large issue that needs to be addressed
